GCO Threatens to Sue the City of Atlanta

GCO threatens to sue the City of Atlanta, and with good reason.  GCO asks that the City of Atlanta repeal it’s preempted ordinance that bans firearms at assemblies and events as it violates Georgia state law.

In this video, Jerry Henry, Georgia Carry’s executive director does an amazing job representing Georgia gun owners and protecting our rights in, and around, Atlanta.

As GCO states:

“The ordinance is illegal and must go, or the city must acknowledge that the ordinance is illegal and agree that it will never be enforced.”

More people need to notify their senators, congressmen. governor, State senators, State congressmen that they are NOT going to allow an “unfringeable” law be systematically infringed and the infringement enforced. This was how Stalin took over Russia. Hitler disarmed Germany. Mousolinni disarmed Italy, and now, Osama Obama wants to disarm the last nation on Earth that still allows most of it’s populace to protect themselves from endangerment.

I very much believe in the sticker I recently got at a Matt Eastman show. It states:

“Guns kill people like spoons made Rosie O’Donnell fat”.

Believe it. The Gliberal Commucrats that want to take away your “Right to keep and bear arms” will take away far more of your freedom if you allow them to succed in disarming we who would protect, yes, even them, from a person targeting them for grievous bodily harm.

My face is red at the though of being disarmed. I’ve never had to fire a shot defending anyone, but I have foiled a robbery and assisted a sherriff’s posse in Az. during a drug bust. No shot was fired. A deputy would have fallen had I not drawn the .41 Mag I was carrying at the time…
